Roman joined the team after successfully completing a summer internship in firm's corporate practice.
Roman is currently studying for a LLM program in Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
Roman advises companies on corporate transactions, as well as in resolving corporate disputes.
