Ksenia graduated from the international law department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). She also holds a master’s degree in international private and civil law from the same university.
Ksenia has more than 10 years of experience, acting on behalf of clients before Russian arbitration (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including the Russian Supreme Court, handling complex corporate, civil and bankruptcy litigations.
Before joining Tomashevskaya & Partners Ksenia worked at the leading Russian and international law firms, where she also advised on corporate transactions.
Ksenia has been admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.
