We invite lawyers with at least 6 years PQE to join the firm's unique corporate practice, that focuses on complex corporate transactions and corporate conflicts.
Firm's recent projects:
- JV deal in the telecommunications sector between our client, a leading Russian technology company, and a Top 3 Russian bank;
- transaction on purchase of a production complex to launch a unique import substitution project;
- resolution of a corporate conflict regarding the largest Russian equipment manufacturer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support of M&A transactions under Russian and/or foreign law (mainly with shares and shares of legal entities), projects for the creation of joint ventures and restructuring of acquired assets;
Development of an optimal structure for the ownership of assets and their protection, in cooperation with the tax and other practices of the company;
Participation in projects of other practices - practice of special situations and support of disputes, practice of work with private clients and practice of intellectual property (IP / IT) - on the firm's multidisciplinary projects
EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
Strong academic background, enabling to offer bold solutions;
Fluent English;
Experience in top law firms;
Experience in project management with a large number of streams;
Proactive approach to problem solving;
Willingness to act as a mentor for junior colleagues.
